Meet the people behind Berry Blossom Home — a dedicated group of professionals committed to safe, nurturing, therapeutic care for children and young people.

Every member of our team plays a part in creating a calm, consistent home where young people feel heard, respected and supported. We invest in training, supervision and reflective practice so that the care we provide is skilled, compassionate and aligned with best practice.

We work closely with families, local authorities and wider professionals to make sure each young person’s needs are understood and met with warmth and professionalism.

Our staff bring together backgrounds in residential care, education, health and therapeutic support. What unites us is a belief that relationships matter: when children feel safe with the adults around them, they can begin to trust, regulate and grow.

We follow trauma-informed principles, clear safeguarding procedures and strong teamwork. Regular training and supervision help us stay reflective and responsive, so the home remains stable even when days are challenging.
